Open every day during the summer og on weekends during the winter. Closed in December and January.

In 2003 changes were made in the selling food and beverages in Húsafell. The restaurant was separated from the shop and more effort was put into the former. The restaurant is run during the summer and has a menu which suits the whole family. The restaurant has a license to sell alchohol. During the wintertime the menu is more simple. We mostly offer Icelandic meat soup to meet the needs of foreign visitors. During the whole we cater to groups who order food in advance.

Travel agencies and groups can get our menu sent or we can offer them a group deal according to the group’s wishes.
